The verdict
Four rooms in a stone and wood lodge at the very end of the Incles valley, where the road is closed in winter and the lodge fetches you by snowcat. Dark oak, mohair blankets, a fire, a long table and a canteen that cooks from the season; the name means black sheep. One MICHELIN Key, and the most remote of Andorra's Key hotels.
Couples and small groups who want snow, silence and a fire, with Grandvalira close by.
You want a spa, a pool or room service: there are four rooms and a canteen.

The rooms
Four rooms: two doubles of 21 m² and two that sleep four, in dark oak with white linen, mohair blankets and bathrooms with underfloor heating, with mountain and valley views.
The setting
At the end of the Vall d'Incles, a side valley of Canillo near Soldeu and El Tarter, in the Grandvalira area. In winter the road is closed and the last stretch is by snowcat.
The food
The Lodge Canteen serves seasonal mountain food, and in summer the Xiringuito opens outdoors.
Getting there
About three hours by road from Barcelona or Toulouse airports. In winter you park in the valley and the lodge collects you and your luggage.
