The rooms
Six pared-back double rooms use pale stone, lime plaster and simple timber, opening to the courtyard or olive landscape. The consistency of the architecture is the luxury.
The setting
In an organic olive grove with views towards whitewashed Ostuni, well placed for the Valle d'Itria and the Adriatic coast.
The food
A produce-led communal dinner is offered on selected nights and turns the small house into a social one; availability should be checked before arrival.
Getting there
Roughly 35 minutes from Brindisi airport and about an hour from Bari. A car is essential and parking is on the property.
