The verdict
A hotel at the end of a narrow alley in the Gothic Quarter, dark and romantic downstairs — wood panelling, red velvet, a fireplace — and lighter in its 22 rooms, most of which look onto a courtyard with a wall of green. There is a plunge pool on the roof. It is for adults only, and it holds a MICHELIN Key. It is the most discreet stay in the old city.
