Venice: good to know

Which hotels in Venice have three MICHELIN Keys?

Three, more than any other Italian city: Aman Venice on the Grand Canal, and the Hotel Cipriani and Airelles Palladio on Giudecca. Venice has thirteen Key hotels in all in the 2026 selection.

Is Giudecca a good place to stay in Venice?

Yes, if you want calm, gardens and a pool. St Mark's is three to five minutes away by the hotels' own boats, and Giudecca itself is a residential island with few visitors in the evening.

How do you get from Marco Polo airport to the hotels?

By water taxi, about thirty to fifty minutes depending on the hotel, or by the Alilaguna water bus to San Zaccaria, where the Cipriani's free boat picks up its guests.

Are the Venice hotels open all year?

Aman Venice is. The Cipriani is closed until 1 June 2027, and Airelles Palladio closes from 10 January to 11 March 2027.
